well, the first story arc anyway because I flat refuse to write them travelling slooooowly across Koryo to the capital.

This is great. Hell of Filial Unpiety, and Hyun-Woo really sounds slighty out of it. Crap. I'm going to leave it this short because my cold is kicking my ass, six ways to Sunday and I keep mistyping stuff.

The broth did it for me, really. (And it explains why Sung-Min took his threat of getting Queenslayer in the original bit moderately seriously.)

I'm surprised Hyun-Woo gave in so easily. I mean, technically, Sung-Min's just propositioned him, said he wanted to use his skills/him/whichever way you want to take it... Should I be blaming the fact that he's woozy and out-of-it?

I think the point was that 'Hyun-Woo has a sword and the big feline is on his side so he feels reasonably safe'.

Also Hyun-Woo's the sort of person who's more apt to trust people if they're upfront about having ulterior motives. Sung-Min pointed out he needs both the sword AND Hyun-Woo to deal with it, so he's not likely to damage either one.

That's true... On the other hand, Hyun-Woo doesn't know the feline's going to help him if Sung-Min decides to have his wicked way with him right? (OR DOES HE?!?!? *cough* Sorry, I'm weird.)

Heh, yeah, at least people who're upfront about their ulterior motives are easier (sort of) to deal with.
