OMG that is right near where i work...and if you can prob'ly even take a bus over to west falls church metro if you had to do that!

AND it's right across the street from my karate school practically. ;)

Just remember it doesn't include utils .. so you're probably going to average around $600 which is damn good condidering the Arlington house I stayed at was way higher. Good luck!!!

LOL...oh my gosh!!! you really think utilities would be that much? I doubt it...I certainly hope not! *frown* I'll have to ask.

ask, but just keep it in mind, summertime is going to be more because of the a/c .. and you have the heat in the wintertime. so when you ask mention both. and keep in mind its averages too. :)
