Kawasaki Asian Music Festival.

This past Saturday, I went to see the アジア交流音楽祭~ASIAN HEALING 2009~ in Kawasaki. It's part of Kawasaki's movement to become a "city of music" (I think Kawasaki has a shifty image, and also has a ton of factories so I guess they want to try and attain some sort of "cultured" image?)...and also a part of their international relations activities. Yay real pizza! That was one of the things that I always had severe cravings for.

The concert sounds like a lot of fun, I'm glad you enjoyed it! *_*

/jealous of all the cool concerts you seem to go to

Yeah there're no good American-y pizza places in my countryside town, and cheese is so expensive!

Concerts are one of my greatest joys in life <3 Hate the crowds, but I always come out feeling so refreshed!

Jisong sounds like she should sing super old timey anime theme songs.
Does alan sing that terrible song that you kept playing where there is suddenly terrible screeching? Or was that someone else? Her eyes are similar to Shibasaki Kou's ...

HAHA so true about both Jisong and alan! o_O Especially alan's dead fish eyes...they kind of creep me out but I still think she's hot.

And assuming the screeching song = "Ashita e no Sanka," then yes it is alan! It is (one of) the bestest song(s) ever...I will somehow brainwash you into liking it eventually!

Hiya! This is grey_damaskena. I'm sorry to be leaving you a comment so randomly, but I dropped by because you're a member of the saiunkoku community. I just wanted to let you know that there's currently a poll running on the community to gauge interest in getting the Saiunkoku Monogatari light novels translated into English. The number of answers in the poll could very well determine whether or not we ever see an English version of the novels. So if you have the time and have not done so already, we would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to answer it.

Please either drop by the saiunkoku community (the poll is in the ninth post), or click on this link to go directly to the post.

Thank you very much for your time, and for your interest and support of Saiunkoku!
