Are they saying that it's him singing, though? Because just from the title it sounds more like a tribute song to MJ.
Decided to go look up the lyrics, and it's indeterminate. He never referred to himself in the third person in his songs, so that's a red flag right there. Without even hearing it, I can say that it doesn't sound like him. Again, I'm leaning toward a tribute song, but if they're trying to pass it off as him, that's something different altogether.

Some fans and most of the heads at Sony, the Estate, and those that released it say it's him. A lot of the fans and the Jackson famiyl say it isn't him.
Like I said, I heard about a third of the song. It's not Michael. I've heard him sing in a low voice (2000 Watts and Shout as examples), I've heard him sing a song rough and gritty (Privacy), I've heard him sing when he was trying to conserve his voice (This Is It movie) and I know that it wasn't Michael singing. Even the lyrics weren't MJ's style, especially the reffering to himself in third person bits.
I did see the movie when it was in theatres, actually (it was so good!) and I did hear him sing in that, but I'm not familiar enough with his voice, I guess, to be able to pick out an impersonator. And again, yes, that third person thing just really, really throws me off. I can't think of a single song where he's done that. I could be wrong. I don't think I know every one of his songs. But he also never seemed the type to harp on people picking on him like Britney Spears would. And if he were to do it? He'd pull it off with style, not like this.
Okay, I listened to it. It's kind of a crap song. I don't know...it does sound like him...I guess...but I still find the third person thing weird, and I'm curious as to when this song was announced. I mean, there's something definitely off about it. At worst, they made this up and are trying to pass it off as him, at best, maybe he had an unfinished song and they're using bit of that and maybe some sound clips, though a LOT of that song is just backup singers, with him making noises in the background.
That was not Michael, who ever it was sucked badly at trying to pass as him. If it is then he didnt release it for a reason, it sounds unfinished and horrible!
