Before he could ask why she smiled (because Ladies didn't smile at monsters, let alone peasants), she lifted one delicate hand and let him in on her own dirty little secret as she peeled back her skin.
Through their time together, Brooklyn had never really seen Katana wear anything other than her traditional kimono, so when the thing wound up a little more than a little dirty and torn during a particularly rough battle with some army or another, he was shamelessly pleased. For while her kimono was being cleaned and repaired by some of Athens' finest weavers, she (like him) was urged to wear something a little more appropriate.
Brooklyn had never been particularly fond of togas - until now, anyway.
Donnie would have more than happily helped Mikey with whatever homework he was doing at the moment, but there was just one problem - or two, depending on how one wanted to look at it. See, Raph was one of those people who was never wrong, even when he was, and when he, in fact, was, he didn't tend to take it very well and often took it out on Leo, whether or not their oldest brother had anything to do with it.
"Raph," Donnie said slowly, as though approaching a wild beast, hands held out in front of him as he eyed the sharp and pointed object his brother was brandishing like a weapon, "put the compass down..."
