toronto irish film fest anyone?

The Toronto Irish Film Festival is this weekend and their closing film is Parked starring Miles O'Brien Colm Meaney and Merlin Colin Morgan. The film is playing at the TIFF Lightbox this Saturday @ 8pm. I'm planning on going so if anyone wants to join me...?

I'll have to look for the full reading of 8 online. I only saw excerpts on ET/Extra/whatever and they didn't show that. They did, however, show the pretty pretty Matt Bomer which pleased me.

I just booked plane tix to DC for a weekend during cherry blossom time end of March! I've always wanted to go because it looks so beautiful. Hopefully the timing gamble pays off. I don't know when Good Friday or Passover are...surely I haven't looked that far ahead on the calendar, heh. Hope you find something fun to do!

AFER had the entire thing up on YT but only for a limited time. I think it might be gone now. I've seen downloads for it and wouldn't be surprised if parts of it have been re-uploaded.

Cherry blossoms in DC sounds like a great idea! When are you going? Easter long weekend is April 6-8 & the weekend after that is Passover. And I haven't been to DC in forever. I'm going to look into this!

They're forecasting the blooms to be very early this year, starting the 22nd with peak before the 31st, so I don't think they'll be there by Easter weekend :(
