Your house isn't worth that? Guess I'm so used to TO prices but is the real estate market pretty bad or is that just above average?

The houses in our neighborhood probably go for $190-200...that's just an inflated price on ours since we have the worst lot in the subdivision. Houses in a subdivision we covet about a mile away average $250-290...a little too rich for our blood and really way too big for 2 people.
