Gearing up for awesome

So I'm pulling together the remaining bits of self-confidence I have left to try and go pro as a cartoonist. The world is full of artists like never before, making competition insane. You can do it man! Keep doing what you're doing and posting every day, it has not gone unnoticed. Unfortunately it's just one of those things that takes a long time. I went inactive for a long time and I've been trying to recover viewership for a few months now. I'll retweet my favorite pages of your's of course on twitter. :>

I know it's hard, but you just gotta be patient and keep trudging on. Post on as many galleries as you can even if it seems they're not really going anywhere. Tumblr is a good place to go too if you don't have one already, people tend to reblog art a lot there and comics in particular.

The ideas are there, don't doubt that. It's the advertising yourself bit that's always the hard part. Get a good stack of comic pages going, post widely, and stay active!

Yeah. I do have to remind myself I've only been doing dailies for 5 days now. I think the hardest part is just getting past that ominous feeling of self-doubt. That's really the hardest part. (Especially since I don't have much to distract me.)

I do watch all the comics you've been doing, keep at it, you have a core of followers, like me, Zy or Ethel and we're all on Twitter, we can help you a bit on the advertising part :)
