Um, tips? Ginger. Lots and lots of ginger: candied ginger, ginger ale, powdered ginger, ginger chicken, anything with ginger---oh! Ginger tea! What do you guys call it? I tried it and it worked wonders, especially for my throat and was oh so good----SALABAT. THAT'S WHAT IT'S CALLED.
But, from a non-home remedy view, you might want to look into birth control pills (consult a specialist), as this sounds exactly what the beginning stages of all my stomach aches and cramps were like. At most, it's just your body reacting all afdjk;sdf;jaj;slk to the chemical and hormonal changes that are going on at this time, and needs some help to adjust. But don't worry; lots of women go through this, so it's kind of viewed at normal (though the state I came in was not normal since it was pretty severe), and most just bear with it, which we should not. So, go see a doctor if you stark puking or they knock you down for more than a few hours.
