......Just so you know, there is a penis festival in the Philippines. :P I forgot which town (or province) it was though, but I watched the iWitness documentary of it for my Anthro10 class last year (iWitness was actually suspended by MTRCB for a while because of it, if I remember my Anthro10 prof right). It's a small-scale event, and the priest assigned there was actually against the whole thing, but it was tradition and so they held it every year. :3
