This rule, which I alluded to in yesterday's Rules Post, is all about not crashing. I'm serious. The title of the rule is AVOIDING COLLISION. (Yes, with the all-caps ... but then all the titles have all-caps.)

Makes sense. I'm sure these boats are very expensive. I don't know why you'd risk one!

Absolutely! Even in smaller boats which we can repair ourselves, I'd rather not have to spend time doing the repair.

Those big boat crashes are really scary, though!
