Here is your base:
Duplicate it once, set it to Screen
Duplicate it again, drag it to the top, and set it to Soft Light
Add a New Adjustment Layer, choose Selective Coloring. Follow the settings below:
reds:
cyan: -100
magenta: +73
yellow: 0
black: +65
yellows:
cyan: +31
magenta: +37
yellow: +38
black:+41
greens:
cyan: 0
magenta: -100
yellow: 0
black:100
cyans:
cyan: +42
magenta: 0
yellow: 0
black: +28
blues:
cyan: +60
magenta: +31
yellow: 0
black: +27
magentas:
cyan: 0
magenta: +29
yellow: -21
black: +33
nothing for whites
neutrals:
cyan: +25
magenta: -16
yellow: -28
black: -10
blacks:
cyan: +14

Duplicate the Soft Light Layer, drag it to the top, and change the opacity to 35%
