David Tennant is leaving his role of playing The Doctor after the four specials next year.

I'm not really surprised to be honest and as much as I love him as The Doctor, I think it's time for him to move over and let someone else have a crack at the part. Besides, I wouldn't bet on him never reprising the role sometime in the future.

I think this has been coming for some time now. Will miss his interpretation of the Doctor and hope that whoever is next isn't a stupid poo-head. Other then that, I think it'll be okay. [Then again, I'm not a raving Dr. Who-ic so it's not that effecting of me.]
