-I burned myself making rum bananas this evening. WTAF. I touched the top of the oven for a split second, and it hurts more than any of the times I have burned myself (far more spectacularly, stupid body) at work, which I do regularly, because ovens ( Read more... )

OH! Except from how I ♥ all Guses and Shawns also. GUS! His little FACE! And the way he RUNS! We just finished S3 so we're nearly all caught up.

They are MOAST delicious. And also really easy, actually. You basically take bananas that are too old/brown to eat easily (or that you're sick of looking at in the fruit bowl if you are me, cos I like my bananas green or soaked in rum with not much of a midpoint), peel them, chop them up to like half inch chunks, put them in a casserole dish, put enough rum over the top so it's a couple mm deep around the bananas, and then you put it in hte oven on bake for about twenty/twenty five mins at... whatever 150 C is in fahrenheit. and then you have deliciousness to eat with ice cream. \o/

And I do know that as of a couple months ago! I realise my phrasing in that paragraph was diabolical; mostly I meant to say that when I'd never heard of Feist Kat was all THIS IS JUST LIKE HOW YOU DON'T KNOW DON'T STOP BELIEVING. :D

I also am a fan of green bananas! And that does sound both delicious and simple.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I was so confused. I was like DID THEY COVER JOURNEY? MAYBE THEY COVERED JOURNEY!
