*whimper* ...I want to leave work early tomorrow for ninja ukelele shenanigans with Amanda Palmer. Sadly, I suspect TPTB are not going to be too keen on this plan. Especially since I've had like 8 hours off this year already early, of which I have only made back about 5.5 so far. oh what a shame you'll miss amanda palmer. i was so tempted to just GO. but i'd already pushed my luck with jack. i need brownie points in the bank for U2360 times.

I am totally not allowed to complain really as we do have tickets to the actual show tomorrow NIGHT, I'm just grabby-hands-ing because the informal free things she's been doing sound like they've been super fun. And oh man, I bet yeah. But definitely guarding the brownie points for U2 is a good move, I think. *crosses fingers we get them here or at least an announcement soooooon*

i fret every time i see mention of the tour and no mention of australia/nz. but then, there's no way it's a world tour without us, right? RIGHT????

yeaaaah, exactly. it's totally not a world tour without us! and it does seem like there's some major gaps, so... hopefully they'll be back for our summer? it seems like that should fit.

i'm really looking forward to it, yeah. and, yes! i've been following her there for a while and it does just sound neat, exactly.
