the good news: Warners gave my money back sometime this afternoon - it definitely wasn't there the last time i checked at work this morning, but it appears to be now. i'm still saving all my documentation just in case, but it appears like things are okay. i hope to god the same is true for everyone else who got stung with this

Perhaps it's only fitting that fictional Bob is as elusive as RL Bob? Maybe it's a matter of writing around his edges, describing the negative space?

I haven't been really talking about it much until the crunch hit this week, cos I'm on, like, my fourth idea, and this seems to be working so far - touch wood! - but my god I didn't realise it was going to want to be this long. EEK.
