• I just got a bean stuck to my elbow. [Note: I don't mean, like, a small baked or mexican food-y type bean, I mean a four inch long green bean. *is SPECIAL*]
• Today at work my sticky plaster fell off my finger and into the toaster.  Luckily I noticed before I tried to toast my bread. 
• My parents are going out for a couple hours.  THANK GOD.

oh god, the pictures in my head are acquiring a SOUNDTRACK.

Was really really desperate for orange juice, but suspect that if had been pulled over trying to use "sudden onset scurvy!" as an excuse would not have gone down well.

but oh, so worth it to see the expression on the traffic cop's face!

...good point. Hrm. Except I think I am contractually bound, should I ever be pulled over (*prays not because would be TERRIFIED*) to say "these aren't the droids you're looking for". Though that would apply only in countries where traffic cops do not carry guns and are likely to have a sense of humour, ie, here and maybe one or two other places.

Also, heh, forgive me the manic-self-interrupty reply of this afternoon, I happened to have your comment open as I got the text and so you got the full force of the instant reaction, heh.
