A/N: So, this is inspired by Big Shot by Billy Joel.  I couldn't stop thinking about how well it fit a certain someone.  ^^;  I'm not sure what this particular occasion is.  Probably celebrating the debt ceiling being raised from how China's glaring at America.  ^^;;;;
