Hey, I'm all ears. :D I keep the dieting stuff unlocked because I want/need other peoples opinions, and I am not really all that adverse to it.
Really though, the only reason I've been under-eating this week is because I haven't felt well due to pms related suck. The wieght gain wouldn't usually bother me as much (since that happens sometimes, when you diet. I've done it enough to know that), but I was trying to see if I am doing anything right, and ahaha, I guess around one's period is a dumb time to try and start that. BAH. So that's frustrating.
But anyway, if you mother has any advise for me, I'm willing to hear it. I want to be doing this right, and I know this week I've been bad (not really eating healthy), but I am trying to get into better habits.
BAHHH PMS. Is it not bad enough I get moodswings, but now have to deal with weight gain too? DX
I should start being better around. . . Monday, I suppose. Maybe. XD
I always found if you want "A" cookie, have it. Stick to fruits and veggies as much as you can and don't forget protien. Stay away from fat. I think I told you I am back at weight watchers AGAIN! It is tough and a life long struggle. Its in your genes:( although so is high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems so try to stay as healthy as you can. Genetics sometime suck but I do believe we can overcome it. Don't forget exercise, ugh, I hate exercise but I have been walking almost everyday at lunch time. Good luck.
