Oh man, I love that movie, it's definitely a favourite of mine, so I couldn't resist. I really want to write a crossover sometime - either within the timeframe of the actual movie, or with the faun tricking a child Spain (like I kinda did here, just with... detail :'D). AND GOD, yes. Poor Spain, you've got creepy things at your door, too.

But yeah, I actually took a tour of the Albaicín just onnnn Wednesday and got to see some of the fountains and everything SO BEAUTIFUL.

... oh god yes, a crossover would be so amazing. Both ideas sound wonderfully interesting (AND CREEPY ENOUGH). But Spanish creepy things are just so much more... creepier in my opinion. (sob cucuys)

Faun was scary. I just got a idea of Spain - little normal boy->Faun screwing with him-->the Spain,like nation :( Awesome idea,though :o)

I loved it :3 His past,his children,Belgium and others :) There were a few things that I didn't liked too much, but those doesn't matter :3 Wonderful story and I love it :)

Haha, the faun from Pan's Labyrinth really freaks me out if I think about it too much. And yup! That's basically what I was hinting at. :') I'm fond of the whole human child becoming a nation thing.

Faun - poor Spain. This is maybe too much cruel (but than his cruelty,like towards Indians in America,makes sense...he couldn't be cruel without some reason).

Haha, I'm fond of old fairy tales, and a lot of them are pretty horrible when you think about it. Especially the whole "stolen child" mythos. (And pfft, man Spain had plenty of reasons for his cruelty - even if none of them were really right.)
