Through the power of monkeys, we're going to introduce an aspect of gameplay that used to be part of the game but which was taken out. As it is so much fun, however, it should obviously be brought back in. What is it?

SO YOU WANT TO BE IN TSUBASA: RC...

This time, with extra eyeballs! We are reintroducing the ability to drag other people into ( Read more... )

YES. FINALLY THE MONKEYS I WANTED ARE SHOWING UP.

By the way I am totally sticking Nathan in this because I can. Like he's going to be afraid of monkeys.

Also an edit for Nathan's totally awesome skillset: he's Nathan. That alone speaks volumes.

Also he has a lot of experience with huge libraries (he owns one) and knows how to read call numbers as a result.

TOKI IS SO IN ON THIS.

I can NPC monkeys if I need to, but my inspiration is shit right now. I hope you like backtagging.

It must be done. Toki and Nathan go as a set just because they do.

Together, no ass will go unkicked.

Nathan won't have to do anything. Like if it gets past Toki, he can punch it in the face?

But that's if it gets past Toki.

Claudius always knew that he'd die by giant, evil monkey in a library.

...Mainly this is just to express my love for realitymonkeys, the username of grand awesome. :D

First of all: I am willing to NPC monkeys for a group.

Now, for my dudes:

Sebastian is not going to attempt to play Indiana Jones, so he is right out.

Jade is more than willing to go after books. He'd pick The Physics of the Impossible, because science is sexy. He's high-level caster, but he totally lacks healing abilities. Otherwise, he's a solid soldier-type. He'd be willing plan for a team-up with people, because mages work better in groups. FOR EXAMPLE, he might ask some friends to split up, one group going for the Physics book, the other one going for Babel. But he has no idea where either of these books are in the library.

Satoshi would try to go alone, so his team would have to bump into him. He has physical dexterity/skills and emergency magical powers that he'd only use to save someone else's life. He does know where the books are. If he had to pick one, he'd go for The Library of Babel.

Braxiatel isn't going in. Ahahaha, leg work? Hell no. He will wear a panama hat and stand outside the library with a martini or ( ... )

I just thought that Braxiatel should know that the Doctor and the Master have found out the truth.

Romana is very willing to go in for the books (I mean, how else is she supposed to read her favorite romance novels when there's a war at home?). Her main strength is really more about the strategic planning, although she is very good at running. A lot.

Ai doesn't have much to offer outside of tending to injuries if anyone in her team is wounded, but she obviously lacks healing abilities. But due to her small size it is easier for her to get around where taller people can't and is less likely to make noise(?).
