I'm kinda shocked about hearing about Inoue-san. I mean, it was only a few days ago when she healed up my arm and all. Damnit, she was a nice girl, real sweetheart. Sincere too, not a lot of people like that left in this world or the others.

Hime wasn't much of a drinker, no, but I'm sure she'd appreciate the company anyhow. Sorry she's so far out--that was my idea. She's with some old friends'a mine she kinda hit it off with, if you will.

I didn't know she'd healed your arm, but I can tell ya for sure she did that without hopin' for recompense.

The gesture is kind, to be sure, but... graverobbers? They're all over the slummier parts of Rukongai and they're gonna notice a fresh grave.

I know she didn't do it expecting payback - but, damnit, its the principle of the thing. I'm going to be able to use my zanpakutou again because of her and you don't ignore someone who does something like that for you.

This whole situation pisses me off.

Heh, the robbers in that part'a town learned right quick not to fuck with that hill. No worries, Kuukaku-san; she'll be fine there. I just figured that was...better than havin' her be trapped in some big fancy space with a bunch'a strangers. Or worse--all alone. You know? Hime never liked bein' by herself much.

I know; pisses me right off, too. I dunno what to tell ya; I'm...sure she'd appreciate just bein' visited, though.

Still, kinda feels weird to me. Just wrapping my head around it still, I guess. Don't need to tell ya the suddenness of its kinda whats throwing me here.
