After listing so many humor fics, this one is a bit of a 180 in a whirlpool. This story is incredible, powerful, emotive and absolutely terrifying. It's not for the faint-hearted, the sensitive or those who don't want to see torture, horror, and other disturbing scenes.
Mirage gets captured. He gets tortured. There's a lot of heavy, nasty stuff here, but you know why I adore this fic? I love it because even after all that, Mirage shows that he's no fainting femme (no offence to femmes out there), instead, he doesn't get mad, he gets even.
This fic showcases a literal 'eye-for an-eye' vengeance op, and Mirage is perfectly in character whilst he carries out his revenge, and he's so scarily in character that it's like we're seeing a deeper part of him that couldn't be shown to children, but which is hiding under his polite, aloof exterior.

Alright anons - so the Mirage non-con thing is in. I can get with that.
Let’s give it a twist. Mirage gets captured by your cons of choice and they try to get information/revenge out of him though ye olde non-con/attempted non-con torture - and the spy doesn't end up a broken, weepy mess.
I want a Mirage who is defiant to the end - lets see Mirage hold on to that arrogant, lofty, personality-defining attitude throughout the whole thing! He's a special ops bot, after all. He should be mentally prepared for this kind of eventuality in the oh-so-unlikely event that he gets caught (and according to the fandom, that's about every other week.)
And THEN, the cons make the worst mistake yet - they eff up and give Mirage a chance to escape/get rescued. And Mirage heaps unholy Tower-Mech-turned-Autobot vengeance on them. Attacks on single cons alone in the corridors; bits and pieces of missing mechs left in inconvenient places. He's killing them or just tormenting them guerrilla warfare style, I don't care. Just make them scared of their own shadows, because it could be an invisible spy creeping up behind them to prove why you don't give a nearly neutral bot a reason to get personal. He's the GOD DAMN MIRAGE, arrogant High Class such and such. Bitches need to learn to respect the goods!
Of course, poor Mirage doesn't have to go it alone. He's bound to be affected somehow. So lets keep the challenge going and have some Mirage/Sunstreaker (Sideswipe can come to.) Perhaps the twins help Mirage escape initially or something, or it can be an established relationship. It has a certain appeal - they can appreciate each others attractiveness and skills, and Sunstreaker could certainly see the appeal of Mirage's sudden bloodthirstiness. If that doesn't get your motor running, anyone BUT Hound is fine.
Kinks, obv: non-con, mind-fuckery, violence, possibly some robot twinscestings (lol). Sticky works, though I would prefer the spark sex as it seems more invasive and all the more troublesome to resist. Come on anons: can you handle it?
