Please know that you are welcome to drop by for a cup of tea anytime you do want to talk. As your old professor and fellow Ravenclaw, you would be most welcome.

I'll definitely stop by.

Come by sometime. --Ced
(Hello from Ced's Muggle! Ced and Roger have a bit in common, in terms of having been engaged and now not. He was depressed for a while too, but in Cedric's case, he left to return to England, and he's getting over it. It's still not something he talks about much, but he might to Roger, if Roger wanted to talk. I'll leave it up to you and Roger. :-)

Good to see you again, man. I'll definitely stop by.
[Hi, from Roger's muggle. *waves* Yeah, seems like they do have a lot in common. I think it'd be good for them to talk. Roger hasn't really talked to anyone about Bryna. They will definitely have to interact soon.]

Yeah, back at school, Roger played up the popularity thing quite a bit more than Ced. Cedric was more modest.]

Never spoke to you much in school, but I remember you from that fight outside Hogsmeade, a few years back.
We erm, yeah, we didn't win that one, but I do remember you. Also recall I said I'd buy you a beer for saving my life in that crossfire. Send me an owl or something, I'll be in town shortly.
Hope all's well with you, sorry to hear about your loss. But I suppose we all ended up losing someone, eh?

Well, fuck me; I thought you were long dead. Wanted to take you up on that beer, too, so I was pissed about it. Pay up, you sod. (damn, Roger's muggle's a bit suprised. But then Jack's got a way of bringing the gutter out of a bloke.)
I'll send you that owl, mate. We'll catch up. And, ah...yeah, cheers for the words. You've been through the ringer, as well, I hope you're doing alright.

The way I see it in-game is Jack sort of brings Roger out of himself a bit, because he's one of the very few people he was able to connect with during the war. So they'll have a more easy comraderie going, where generally it's more difficult for Roger to open up with people.
