Call center phones don't work like that. The call comes in whether you WANT IT or NOT. No pushy button, just BOOP and you've got a call.
I'm not sure if it depends on the phone system you're on, but with the ones I knew, as long as your phone is showing that you're available, yes, but you can also set it to not let calls drop in.
Well, yes, that's what I meant; once you put yourself on available to take calls, they just come in. I have not seen a call center with the kind of phone Sam was using, where the phone would ring and he had the luxury of pushing the button whenever he was ready, heehee. Oh how I envy him. :D
::snickers:: I also love that Jo has officaly been downgraded from "love intrest" to "sister". I think anyone who was clinging to hope for that pairing are officaly too late. (All, you know, two of 'em.)
Though I'm now going to have the "Ghostfacers" themesong stuck in my head all night. ::sighs::
ETA: Oh yah, my original thought when I went to reply and then totaly blanked on: I'm totaly with you in takeing Zachariah with a grain of salt, but he did say he was Cas' superior. That dosen't mean he was part of the garrison, though. Cas was the garrison leader until just recently, meaning Zachariah would be above him in rank, putting him in another feild entirly. Uriel probably only killed angels at his own rank or below, not above. (Aaaaand now my own brain is giving me a theology lecture on Angelic Chiors, their ranks, and how to kill each level... ::sighs:: My brain = weird place,)

My favorite line was Dean to Sam: "You overshare." XD
