Anyway. This is a fantastic Liam voice--a little nervous, awkward, guilty, and not endlessly preoccupied with being Daddy Direction, which is refreshing. It feels really easy the way he slips into the encounter with Zayn. And the sex was perfect, kind of cerebral? Very Liam <3

And when Liam is home, he can be the Liam she remembers and loves. When Liam feels too wrapped up, he chooses to wrap himself in Zayn instead. It’s secret and dirty, but that’s the way Liam needs it. It’s when he can really breathe deeply, even if it is air illicitly passed from Zayn’s mouth to his. Love this ending. Danielle as a bookend really works--honestly, you wouldn't think, right, but it made me quite emotional, this idea that Liam compartmentalizes his life. It's so relatable and I think you wrote it with such honesty. What he's doing isn't "good", but it doesn't make his different loves for these two people any less authentic. So lovely
