Hard not to be awake early with the smell of smoke billowing in the windows I left open overnight. I must have slept soundly, as I didn't hear the firetrucks. They may well have not had to use sirens, though, as there likely was little traffic to navigate in the wee hours. Am not dressed yet, so can't wander into the street to see which house

I agree with you, the WB Superstar final show was a letdown, that's how dingy that blonde really is...I guess you can't have everything - her cleavage did carry her though.

It's not really surprising that I didn't wake up. Even if they had used sirens, I'd likely have slept through it. I grew up on military bases and got accustomed to sleeping through air raid sirens when they did exercises.

Frightening, isn't it, that Rosa still believes she can sing? My daughter and I thought Jamie would at least show some outrage that she'd been duped. Would have made for much better TV.
