As for Harry Potter, I'm honestly not even sure I've seen them all...I can't remember. I know I haven't seen the last one, so I couldn't answer this one.
Ravenclaw would be my choice as well.
I think Luna is awesome, you're absolutely right about your assessment of her. But the other two are great characters as well. In both cases (actually in all three) the actresses have done an incredible job.

I'd be Ravenclaw too. Not brave enough to be Gryffindor, devious enough to be Slytherin or 'cuddly' enough to be Hufflepuff; although I never felt we heard enough about Hufflepuff to understand that House very well.
