This is a loaded question. To be honest, there is something that pissed me off early in season three. For a while, very early in the season, I felt that the writers were emphasizing romantic pairings over team. This was particularly true of "The Double Blind Job." Some of you may remember my rant from when the episode first aired.
But just overall, I felt that team was being deemphasized for a while--there were two or three episodes in a row with no team briefings, more focus on the coupley things, and the tone just felt off to me.
But then they aired "The Studio Job." They had a team briefing, there was loads of fun character interaction, and all was right with the Leverage world. &hearts
