I just loved V too ! I was really young when the original aired so I never watched it but I caught a few clips on youtube and knew the gist of the plot.
I was a bit apprehensive as well and while it wasn't as good as the original, I liked it. Jack was my favorite :-). I'm cautiously hopeful for the rest of the series.
I didn't watch the original series, and I made sure I didn't see anything when syfy showed the episodes this week. I was calling all kinds of random things out when I was watching it with my dad.

I'm excited about this, the only thing that really surprised me was the Ryan revel. I can't wait for next week!
