Anyway, here are the Oscar nominations: Nominations. I'm happy about BBM, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Walk the Line.

The Oscars will be pretty good this year, which is funny because people said that 2005 was an absolutely terrible year for movies.

That surprises me, because I thought 2005 was a great year for movies. I have pretty specific tastes, though, and this year seemed to suit those tastes.
