I'm going to guess New Who--Captain Jack for favorite and Rose for least favorite.

Oh, and a stab at Heroes. Um....Favorite=Sylar, least favorite = Maya

8 - Favorite - Donna (I would have said Ten before this past season); Least fav - Rose
11 - Favorite - Crichton; Least fav - Crais (cause everyone else always seems to dislike the Capt)
13 - Favorite - Nick; Least fav - Sarah

Yes on both Donna and Rose, and yes on Nick. No on Sara, though.

Oh, and no on Crais. There's on character who bugs me more.
