Ooohh this was very cool. The conversation between Lorne and John felt very natural. I like how John used the 'golf range' as his office, making his men comfortable about speaking to him. I think Shep uses casualness to breach his social awkwardness...he's paying attention--it just doesn't seem it.

Lorne was dealing with a lot of stuff and it obvious he respects his CO, needed to be relived of his guilt. In this galaxy, weird crap happens, Sheppard understands this. Loved the end! Yep, Lorne sooo going to enjoy golf!

Yeah, I think John's casual nature definitely makes up for his social awkwardness. I really like writing his voice in fics. His speech pattern and body language is a lot of fun.
