Mine should be coming tomorrow (Guaranteed release day delivery or Amazon doesn't charge. But darn do I not want to wait for Monday, so it best be coming). I have a king size bar of dark chocolate ready and waiting to make whatever pain I'm sure will be coming easier to deal with.

You're doing it the smart way - I've been at the bookstore since 5 this afternoon waiting to get the book. At 10:30, the store was at capacity (900) and they wouldn't let anyone else in. That didn't stop hundreds of people milling around outside waiting for the chance to come in after others had left.
