XD We were just going, "We should book tickets with other people so we won't be lonely on the flight," the other day. Yes, we'd like to fly out with you all if it's at all possible.
I believe she booked the suite the absolutely necessary days (Thursday-Sunday) with a plan on extending the reservation when dates were finalized. But don't hold me to it--I have a brain like a sieve. >>;
That would be awesome! We're relatively close to each other (except for poor Sherri who lives allllll the way in Ohio, but she'll most likely float into the area the day before we leave), so we can search our respective airports to see who has the cheapest flights. In all honesty, I won't be able to even think about buying a plane ticket until after my trip to Vegas next month, but we have plenty of time to lock that in

5. I'm tagging along with Tiffy and Tina now. ^^ This will be my first Yaoi Con, my first trip away from the East Coast, and even my first plane flight. ^^;;
School is evil but you will be so happy with that MBA...pimp it and make them pay you more for all your hard work.
I am still thinking that flying out altogether would be the win and we can look and try to figure that out. Hmm, my family has a van so I can certainly accomodate Chibi and Tiff and fffshuuu if they all want to drive up with me so no one has to leave their car.
As for tattoos I am still completely interested! Tattoo get! I know exactly what I'd do too so if we need that info for appointments, I am all set. And night time in Alcatraz, if you all are will to coddle me after I freak out from all the scary stories, sounds like fun. I understand San Fransisco has a nice Chinatown area that might be fun to check out as well.
Chinatown in San Fran is absolutely awesome! It beats the pants off of the one in NYC. We should definitely plan an outing for that area, as well as Fisherman's Wharf (which is very touristy, but has delicious seafood snacks). I know I keep saying this, but I am so happy that everyone is coming this year! It will be a party of Brutal proportions - the carcasses of dead unicorns will be scattered to and fro
( ... )
Yeah, I really want to check out Chinatown and do the tourist thing! We should check and see what days would be better with regards to flights/jobs/etc. I might even be able to get discounted hotel rooms if we need them but I won't know until 90 days prior to our trip.
As for the tattoo, actually I was thinking of getting the Straw Hat Pirate Jolly Roger to go next to my Kaizoku Kanji. I just need to decide if I want it to have any color or not (basically if I want to bother getting the band on the hat in red or leaving the whole thing in black). What were you considering?
AUGH Grad School! I will SO be ready to whine with you. They promised me a minimum of 600 pages of reading a week. Yeah...I think my LJ presence will really diminish with that much work on top of Japanese classes.
I have no clue as to what tattoo I will be getting, or even where I'll be getting it for that matter. I've always wanted to get a string of ivy across my shoulders, so I might attempt that.
