vejiicakes, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the Amazon gift card. I used it towards buying the first season of Leverage, which I plan on using to help me get through midterms as it is silly and happy and fun and schoolwork is... not so much. I have midterms this week, but I'd like to try to start updating at least once a week after that. Looking back over my journal, it's been months and months since I've really posted anything of substance, and I've actually been doing some things that are worth talking about.

Of course! I hope you had a great day :D Glad it went toward something that'll make the semester go a little easier for you! (I finally finally had some form of income and was like sweeeet I can do something for Sherri now!)

Right now it isn't so much current school that's stressing me out but future school. Or, rather, trying to find and secure a spot in some future school. And I think that, at this point, having to do something like write a fifty page term paper using only primary source material which is only available in, say, Russian sounds like more fun than doing more grad school applications. But! Bright side is that the whole applying thing is close to being done so that I'll just have to deal with the waiting bit while I finish out this semester.

Also, has your address changed in the past year or two? (I sadly don't remember the last time I sent a physical package your way, since I've been falling back on e-gifts to help me avoid horribly belated presents.) I'm kinda in the process of sending out things that were supposed to be Christmas type presents currently...

Also, also: Is that Selina Kyle in your icon?
