[It's Ami again, all back home now - and, coincidentally, lonely in a house with her comrades gone.]

You know... I think it might be better if you stayed with someone who can look after you a little.

For now, I should just get all my stuff moved - where are we staying? How many rooms? I get my own room, right?

[He sounds sort of sad when he says that, but Ami doesn't really know how to pry. He'll tell her later, if he decides to sometime.]

Ah! It's house 3. And you'll definitely have your own room. A lot of us used to live here, so there are plenty of rooms.

House three? Solid! I'll be there later tonight, promise.

[Once he weighs his other options, considers if this is sound... or well more generally just gets his stuff in order]

[...Okay so that night (okay so it's barely sunset, he has a bed time after all) Dil is showing up to House 3's door. He's still a little unsure about staying with an adult he's only really spoken to the twice, but she seems like a dependable person, right? And he can run if she's not.

Like when they dealt with those fake security guards. Man he misses Tommy. He's got a big backpack on and a box under his arms when he knocks]

[She's dependable. The key is for her to realize that Dil is - which shouldn't be too difficult after some adjustment. After all, she was responsible for herself from an early age, with her parents divorced and Mama always so busy at the hospital.

Ami opens the door with a rare, open smile.]

Please come in. I'll show you the house first. You can choose your room, even.

[Action]

[He shifts, somewhat uncomfortable, but trying to seem more presentable and smiles back, following on inside. Now that it's face to face... wow, she looks younger than he was expecting. Nowhere near as old as even any of his teachers, probably, even if she's clearly an adult.]

Oh- okay, cool.

[He clamors on in, and sets his stuff down just inside the door. no need to lug all that around the house for now]

[She's nineteen, which does make her young, but well; she's lived on her own back home a couple years now, and she sees herself in Dil: the responsible girl who'd been able to take care of herself. They'll figure things out together, she figures.

Ami will make sure that pile ends up cleaned up. But that shouldn't be a problem; it'll get put away and set up once Dil is all moved in. They can relax a little first for now.]

What would you like to see first?

Where...ever? Just give me the whole tour, I guess. [...] Unless you have a hidden science lab or something like that, I'd want to see that pronto!

[Ami shakes her head.] Nothing like that. I'll show you the bedrooms first, so you can choose. We can paint or something like that, too.

[He will probably want to, considering they're all decidedly feminine. Each of them bears the stamp of the former inhabitant's personality. Ami leads the way to the first one, which is fairly roomy and bright.]

[Roomy and bright? He walks into the room, inspecting the wall and framing it with his eyes as her surveys the rest of the room]

Huh, this is pretty Shui... but I think the vibes aren't quite right.
