It's Charlie Sheen advertising an alcohol-free version of a popular Dutch lager. The novelty lies not even so much in that description as in the fact that I should warn you it

We saw that on our hotel telly! I didn't even realise it was Charlie Sheen, we were too astonished by the actual swearing!
