If you were talking about a thousand dollars on a weekend of golf, that'd be a problem.

By a (very) conservative estimate, I've spent thousands of dollars on soda in the last 9 years. Now, that's an addiction.

You've got to have an escape that's not work, and not art, and that uses a different part of your brain than you use every day. I don't personally see the appeal in golf but the appeal is there for you, so just embrace it.

Maybe you should've let me pay for that salad at the zoo, though...

You know, Mark has exactly the same problem. He worries about how much he spends playing golf and feels that he can't play well enough. Remember we played mini golf in Michigan? That was the most animated i'd seen him in the two weeks we were wiv you guys.

It probably relaxes you more than you realise :o]
