The parallels between John/Sherlock and Jim/Seb were just perfect, and I think I almost cracked a rib flailing at the Blaine thing, gfhejkdlskjhg. I have nothing intelligent to say about this apart from that I have a grin on my face to rival Sam's trouty mouth and this honestly made my YEAR, so thank you!!!

I'm so glad you approved of Jim and Sebastian. As for John and Sherlock's first kiss, well I always imagine something extremely simple and not extraordinary, just to contract with their extraordinary lives.

This was totally charming and slightly disturbing, going back and forth between the two very different and yet not so different scenes of domesticity of Sherlock/John and Jim/Seb. Each was pretty delightful in and of themselves, but paralleling them and switching back and forth was the real genius. And I love how pouty and twitchy Jim is when Sherlock doesn't reply to his little offer of bait. I also find it more than a little alarming that Jim likes Glee. ;)

I had a lot of fun thinking about differences and similarities between the two couples, so I'm extremely glad you found it charming and disturbing since it's pretty much what I was aiming for.

In my mind, Jim can be just as pouty as Sherlock :-) As for Glee, it's canon that Jim pretended to like it, so I just played with that a little bit. It was a lot of fun.
