I like the arc of Molly's relationships with Jim and Sherlock here - she's so practical, just sticking with what works for her, and that's a nice twist on her character that makes her work really well with Jim. And the added motivation to help Sherlock with his plot, because Jim's an ass - that's a fun extra layer on canon. :) Very nice!
