Sherlock is touch starved. It's been years, literally years, since someone last touched him.

Enter John, who has always been physically affectionate with people. He notices how Sherlock goes quiet and leans into John whenever John touches him, even the most cursory of touches.

John sets out to make up for all the time Sherlock spent alone. Cuddles, petting, playing with his hair, kissing him and touching him all over.

Sensuality overload and Sherlock laps it up!

Bonus points for John giving Sherlock a bath. (Because I have such a bathing kink it's insane!)
