John/Lestrade friendship.

That kind of 'best friend' behaviour that you tend to only see shown between two women, with the complete lack of personal space, the curling up together on the sofa, the proper hugs when greeting or leaving, etc etc.

No slash please, or at least not between those two. I'm just in the mood for some proper friendship fluff.

This is the most amazing and cute fic in the history of the universe. I love platonic cuddling and it being John&Lestrade makes it that much better.

This is perfect in ways I didn't know a fill could be perfect. I adore it, I love it, I'm just gonna roll around in it and snuggle with it forever Beautiful. "I'm going to be a ninja like Uncle John" is just awesome. :D And I love how the other halves are both OK with it, especially Sherlock's total bemusement. :)

However, most of all, I am now desirous of an Art!Fill of John and Lestrade together, with Lestrade wearing the jumper he stole off John. Anyone? Please?

I still kinda have difficulties imagining this actually happening with the characters, but it's so effing cute I don't care! Cold hands and picking off mushrooms and cuddling during the match! Adorable!

Wonderful! I love that you made John very BAMF and threw in Sherlock saying, "John's mine".

aside from the "death by cute" aspect of this fill, there are the quotes:

"I don't think either of them were hugged enough as a child."

Sherlock just gives a blank look and says, "John's mine." As if anything to the contrary broke some fundamental law of physics.

"Normalcy is overrated anyways."
