This is a fic prompting meme based around the BBC series Sherlock, written by Stephen Moffat & Mark Gattis.

Food is just nutrition, a necessity to keep your body functioning. Yet Sherlock finds meals with John so stimulating. Sherlock starts to find himself physically aroused by food. He fails to realise that he's reacting to the memory of John eating the food. John may rectify this, if he walks in on Sherlock jerking off whilst eating spaghetti, John might even lick the sauce off Sherlock's chin etc. and by that point not nearly enough blood is in Sherlock's brain so he'd have to have the scenario explained to him. Probably by having John interact with the foods Sherlock found arousing.
