"Sherlock and John raise Harry Potter, who goes to Hogwarts as, Harry Watson-Holmes, having ten years of detective training from Sherlock Holmes under his belt, along with John teaching him basic field medicine and combat training.

Bonus points for:
-Young Harry showing up at a crime scene and completely showing up Lestrade, much to Holmes's pride.
-John/Sherlock pairing, maybe extra bonus if Harry referring to both of them as his dads is what spurs the relationship on.
-Harry figuring out every problem presented in the books relatively quickly."

Mmm, not quite the Headmaster, but you're on the right track. His actual job (just revealed now in the next bit) is a reference to another old prompt that nobody filled that I thought was too awesome not to include. :)
