“Women,” he said finally with a shake of his head as he finished his text. And as if it was some sort of a signal the thugs moved forward, grabbing Jim.
They went to the car and Anderson hummed happily to himself, while Jim tried not to throw up from all the nervous tension tying his stomach in knots.
“Where are we going?”
“You’re overly curious, Jim.”
“Sherlock will know I’m not you if I won’t know anything,” he answered quickly and Anderson praised him with a gleeful smile.
“True. But you don’t know about what we are doing or going to do. You need to know about Moriarty.”
It crossed Jim’s mind that if it is a bad sign when the kidnapper shows his face to the kidnapped person, it must be even worse when he decided to talk about his evil persona.
“Am I going to die?” he asked in a small voice.
“Well, now, that doesn’t depend on me, does it? If you play along and will be really convincing then…” he grinned again. “Maybe.”
