John had always had a thing for hands. Even when he was young. His history teacher had had lovely hands, pale and elegant. She spoke with her hands and he;d just get caught up in the sweeps and gestures as she recounted Henry VIII's wives. The chop every time she said 'beheaded' was oddly fascinating

John took a deep breath and let it out slowly, trying to relax as much as possible. Two cool and slick fingers slid into his already stretched hole, stroking his prostrate. John jerked, arching his back and gasping. Two fingers became three very quickly. By the time Sherlock's little finger and thumb joined in John was shamelessly grinding down on Sherlock's hand. He was achingly hard and aware he was babbling, pleading. Sherlock stopped him with a firm hand on his stomach

Wowza, that was fantastic.

I'm always wary of reading fisting, because you wouldn't believe how many people make it butt punching, but this was lovely and slow and careful and brilliant.s
