Sally never listens when Sherlock says he's a sociopath, not a psychopath - a freak's a freak, right?
What I would love to see is Donovan (and Anderson?) somehow witnessing or being a part of an encounter between Sherlock and Moriarty, and realizing that she really does prefer her own freak after all.

Sergeant Donovan doesn’t seem to find it at all comforting that she was right. She seems more interested in trying to get herself free from the cuffs keeping her attached to the chair so she can attack the man who got her and Anderson into this situation.
“Why them?” Sherlock asks Moriarty. “Was John too smart for you?”
Moriarty laughs, throws back his head and his whole upper body and laughs, and God, Sherlock has quickly come to hate that sound in the months since the game began. “Not too smart,” he corrects Sherlock. “Too close to you. You almost seem to like him, and that’s just too easy for this

Love this! Sherlock's thought process is wonderful, and I adore the ending. I absolutely believe Donovan and Anderson would react this way. Thank you for filling this!
