Sherlock has fantasies about being abducted and held captive, during which time his kidnappers train him relentlessly as a sex-slave.
John and Lestrade set up an elaborate multiple-day scene for him somewhere remote in order to make it happen. Protracted bondage, humiliation play, enemas, DP, nipple torture, caning for discipline, they have a full dance card until such time as "someone pays the ransom"...

Not Dark!fic please.
Bonus if it goes so well Sherlock wants to be kept as their sex slave at home between cases sometimes too.
