Sherlock convinces John to go ahead and get it on with him even though they'll likely be seen having sex where they are. John starts out dubious but finds it really hot.

Are they on holiday with the blinds open? At a sex club? Somewhere with CCTV? On a not-so-deserted beach?

Bonus: Both possessive of the other so there's an element of showing off what/who they've got - essentially saying look but don't touch what's mine
